The theatre is equipped with the Sennheiser FM assisted listening system, with headsets available to borrow free of charge (advance reservation required). There are three accessible parking spaces on P1 level in the parking garage below the theatre. Elevators, access ramps, and automated doors are available on various parking levels.
Visitors can park in the four levels of parking located beneath the theatre, with an entrance ramp off John Street. Accessible spaces, elevators, and access ramps are available. Municipal lots and street parking options are also available nearby.
Visitors arriving by VIA or GO Train can walk to the theatre from Union Station, just a ten-minute walk west along Front Street to Simcoe Street, and north on Simcoe to King Street West. Alternatively, they can take the TTC subway from Union Station one stop north to the St. Andrew subway station and walk two blocks west along King Street West.
The theatre is located at 300 King Street West in the heart of Toronto's Entertainment District. It is situated near various attractions such as the Royal Alexandra Theatre, Roy Thompson Hall, the Rogers Centre, the CN Tower, Ripley’s Aquarium, the Metro Toronto Convention Centre, and the AGO.
