4worldlovers: Free Flow Pilates all started in Faren's living room in 2020. Faren was at a point in her career where she had developed her own style over her ten years of teaching experience, fusing her dance, Yoga, and Pilates background. She wanted to share her love of movement, in her unique style, to as many people as possible. Through virtual classes that turned into outdoor small groups, she slowly started to build her community of like-minded movers.

Faren purchased her first STOTT Pilates Reformer and turned her focus to teaching private clients. She found the perfect location in the historic Yorkville Village of Toronto and continues to grow and share her love of movement with people from all walks of life.

Free Flow is about finding joy and freedom in movement. A place to do something good for your body, that is more than just aesthetic.
