Going on a vacation or business trip? You can treat your pup to fun-filled vacation of their own with our overnight and extended boarding services. When your trip ends, you can look forward to picking up a fresh and clean dog by adding a spa service to their stay.

At our modern spa facility, our professional team can take care of the bathing and cleaning, or you can do it yourself at our fully equipped self-serve spa. Best of all, you don’t need to worry about the mess – we will take care of it!

Opened in December 2017, our 5,300-square foot multi-level facility has four huge indoor playrooms (the Toybox, the Romper Room, the Lounge and the Gym) as well as two cozy suites for rest time.

Designed with your dog’s safety and comfort in mind, each of our playrooms is fully equipped with a state of the art filtration system and bespoke HVAC systems to sustain the perfect temperature throughout the day. These systems sterilize any harmful bacteria in the atmosphere and constantly circulate fresh air.

Our rubberized flooring was a very important aspect to our playroom design, as it keeps your dog’s paws warm and aids in their long-term joint and paw health.

We believe in 100% transparency, which is why we have live webcams that you can access during playtime through your desktop or our free mobile app (available in the Apple or Google Play stores). You will be able to watch your pup play and frolic with their BFFFs (Best Furry Friends Forever)!

Our commitment to safety and cleanliness is like no other, which is why we have developed a cleaning program that utilizes a pet-safe spot cleaner that is used when dogs are playing in our playrooms. We conduct all trial days at our big Indoor/Outdoor off leash playspace at 826 Eastern Avenue.

Trials last approx. 1 hour to give us time to introduce a new dog to other dogs slowly and in a controlled setting and to allow them to get comfortable with the new people, new dogs and new environment. If you have errands, work, etc. we are happy to host your pup for a bit longer on a trial day.

All dogs must be fully vaccinated to participate in group activities. Mandatory vaccinations in Ontario include: Rabies, DHPP Boosters (Rounds 1, 2, & 3).

Though it is not mandatory in Ontario, we always recommend the Bordetella vaccine (kennel cough) any time you’re bringing your dog off leash with other dogs (eg. city dog parks).

All dogs must be well socialized and free from any aggressive, uncontrollable or unpredictable behaviour. We absolutely believe that each and every dog can be trained and/or rehabilitated, however these skills require proper training and the pack environment is not suitable for such exercises. The safety of our pack mates always comes first! All dogs must be very well socialized and non aggressive in order to be eligible for pick up and drop off services.

It is very important for all dog owners to understand that when you go to a public dog park or you send your dog to an off leash environment with other dogs there is ALWAYS the potential for accidents and incidents between dogs to occur. Dogs are living animals and they can get cut, scratched, bumped and bruised while playing – just like kids do at school. Furthermore, even well socialized dogs can have their moments – again just like people – and lose their temper. We are here to meditate these situations and maintain order, but these are the inherent risks of allowing your dog to play off leash in a pack of free running dogs.

At Woof! we believe that each dog should be interacted with based on their personality, not an overall mantra. All of our staff are given real, hands on training & fundamental knowledge of dog behavior to give your dog the best experience possible.

We believe in structure at Woof! but that does not mean that positive reinforcement isn't extremely important. Each and every dog recieves praise when they complete a command, or correction (such as the famous "not your party" when jumping into a playgroup!)

Setting limits in group play is important. In addition to providing positive reinforcement for all dogs, we also include corrections such as redirection and using the simple command of "no". All corrections are based on the personality of the dog so that they always understand the rules to stay safe but also still trust and feel comfortable with our staff.

We believe its important to match the right type of daycare for each dog. This includes the option to do either city or country daycare (or a combo of both).
