At 16 years old Anthony began working in produce for his cousin Joe, who still operates one of the largest wholesale business in the GTA; starting as a delivery boy Anthony’s passion for food & customer service grew & his knowledge of the industry along with it. Because of his cousin, more like an older brother, he learned the ins-and-outs of the business & from that Urban Fresh Produce came to fruition.

At 14, Luis started working at a small grocery store in the produce department, where he began to appreciate how fruits & vegetables are handled & grown. After many years at the food terminal working alongside Ontario’s best farmers, it was his keen eye for quality product & passion for the industry which eventually made Luis one of the top Buyers for some of the major companies in the produce business.

Over a decade cooking in the Toronto restaurant scene with some of the top Chefs; Bianca not only ensures produce is handled & stored properly, but also designs our beautiful seasonal in-house Salads/Dressings, Soups, & Sliced-Fruits to Grab & Go.
