Finding a good garage isn't easy. When our trusted mechanic of many years moved I was careful to research and came across McDermott, which had a lot of very good reviews. The reviews were true. The service was excellent but what was remarkable was the sense of calm and organization. To be honest, I avoid smaller garages; to me they're stressful (and not usually stressed): the morning crush, the mess and the smell of old machinery. The McDermott office was clean uncluttered and organized, more like a larger organization. The guys were very friendly relaxed and professional. Great service and a pleasant experience.

Been bringing my 440i here for about 2 years. Amazing people, always prompt and very honest, never upselling. Thought I had an oil leak and they checked to make sure there was none and topped up my oil, all free of charge. Highly recommend
