The studio is calling your name. Our efficient + effective workout combines strength, cardio, and mindfulness. When you work out with us, you'll move through low-impact isometric moves, large-range cardio bursts, and mind-centering breath work. Barre3 instructors will challenge you to find your edge while creating space for you to define what success looks like for you in every workout.
No experience required—our workout is designed for every fitness level, from beginner to expert.
Bring a water bottle to keep you hydrated. We’ll provide mats and any necessary props. You can also bring a friend with you to try class for free! Have kiddos? Play Lounge is available at select studios.
We encourage new clients to arrive 15 minutes early to allow time to meet your instructor, get a tour of the space, and ask any questions you may have.

Her ongoing passion for the barre3 culture and lifestyle inspired her to open her own studios in Toronto with her husband, Chad Ostrander.
