Sport & Rec is the division of the Faculty of Kinesiology & Physical Education that provides sport and physical activity programs for U of T students, staff, faculty, alumni and community members at St. George Campus.

4worldlovers: Our unique model allows athletes to play multiple competitive sports with no overlap or conflicts between schedules. Our philosophy extends across all three sports, meaning players will be exposed to the same positive coaching, life skills, and athlete-centered development regardless of sport. As kids mature and grow, we believe the most well-rounded athletes become the best players in each sport.

Our coaches strive to inspire your children and help them bring out the best version of themselves. We are big believers in positive reinforcement, quality coaching, and using sports as a vehicle to teach life lessons. Our players are expected to be disciplined & focused, always work their hardest, and bring a positive attitude.

Throughout every stage, players will be pushed and challenged to grow, highlighting that sports should be about much more than wins and losses. We believe that the athlete should be at the centre of every decision we make, and we create our programs based on what's best for the kids, not what's best for anyone else.

Ontario Soccer Association licensed club offering competitive, development, and beginner programs for ages 4-14

Competitive field lacrosse teams, leagues, and beginner programs for boys & girls ages 4-14

The TOP Basketball program provides a development pathway for players ages 6 to 10, offering dynamic professional coaching, individual skill development, and small-area games. Programs take place from November to March at De La Salle College School.

Intermediate basketball program with an emphasis on skill development, fundamentals, and 3on3 games each week. All players must complete a Learn-to-Play program to be eligible. Players will be grouped by age and ability.

Basic fundamental instruction and an introduction to small-area gameplay. Perfect for 6-7 year olds looking to learn to play in a fun and engaging environment. Players will be grouped by age and ability.

From traditional team sports like hockey, soccer, and basketball, to our very popular Multi-Sport Camp, we have the perfect option for every athlete in your family!

Straight from the Ski Hill to the ice! Our Collingwood programs run on Saturdays afternoons throughout January and February.

Spend the day on the ice with our team of passionate coaches, learning new skills, making new friends, and having a ton of fun!
