My name is Marta Melinda Pap, a REIKI- Master-Teacher and the founder of Alternative Healer Toronto and clinic owner of Healing Bay Wellness Center.

Over the past 12 years, I have trained over 220 Reiki practitioners and 33 REIKI Masters across Canada, with a vision to help people use Reiki, the universal life force energy, for their self-healing and healing their loved ones. My session with Scott was phenomenal. I am not new to energy work or coaching or therapy, therefore I am selective in choosing who I open up to. The first part was talking and connecting on a human level.

Right away, I knew he could hear what I was saying and I knew he was really listening.

I felt open to sharing what I have been traveling through without worry of judgement. He was validating and even offered up great resources to assist me going forward. The second part of the session was the energy work. Again, I am guarded when it comes to who I allow into my energy space as not all practitioners know how to keep the space clear and safe. Scott's space was nothing less than clear, protected, and unconditionally loving.

I was able to relax immediately and melt into the session.

I could feel him clear my house and the land (which was an unexpected bonus), repair my energetic body, and cut cords to a family member (that had been a long time in coming). What was most extraordinary to me was how ancient his medicine felt. His medicine must be rooted in a deep and ancient lineage as I do not know how else to describe the work that was being done. I am in awe and complete gratitude to Scott. I will be back for more!

Like a torrent of blessed energy that covers my whole body but also focuses on the problematic areas. This time, I shared with Scott about a very deep but subtle numbed pain sensation around my shoulder neck throat and ear area that had been going on for a long time. I also shared that I felt like my heart was wanting to release emotions but couldn't and that I needed some attention due to my difficulty with vulnerability and personal power.

The Reiki energy felt like there was "dark stuff" being pulled out of me. It was amazing. Then I felt my heart open up as well.
