I've been going to Good Space for just over a year now and I love it so much!! The studio fosters an incredibly welcoming and friendly environment, and the instructors are all fantastic. Tori's classes always leave me feeling warm and more whole. Each session is a perfect balance of intuitive, rigorous movement and restorative meditation. Renelyn's classes are as fun as they are challenging. I love the music she expertly pairs with each movement. Danea’s classes are comprised of poses that encourage strength and balance between the physical and emotional body. Definitely recommend this studio to yoga and pilates practitioners of all levels!!

Good Space is an amazing yoga/pilates studio with incredible and very creative teachers. The space is calming, gorgeous and clean. Staff are responsive if you have any questions about anything. Would definitely recommend attending classes here!

Good space was my saving Grace. I moved to Toronto, not knowing many people and looking to join a community. I work from home so it’s hard to meet people outside of my own little bubble and good space brought movement and community into my life again I looked forward to the morning spent moving with Carmen Amanda and Tash. I recently had to relocate for work and miss good space every day! It was amazing to see how and prioritized each individuals needs in a group setting .

Good Space lives up to its namesake in every way -- from embodying the ethos that yoga and meditation can be accessible to everyone, to the actual studio, which is beautiful, light-filled and full of thoughtful touches. My Move More class was accessible, positive and I got a good sweat out of it. I can't wait to go back!

This space has a pretty magical energy the second you walk in. They offer a great range of classes, from intense flows to restorative stretches - I leave every class buzzing. All of the teachers add their unique flare to each class, I definitely recommend trying out as many as you can to then decide who's class vibes with you best. There is a real sense of family at this yoga studio, I feel as though its a home away from home. As well, I love that they host a bunch of different workshops, expanding accessibility and knowledge of wellness to the community.

Good Space is such a unique space and has a very welcoming environment. Specifically, I have been going to the Kundalini & Pilates Class by Renelyn and I look forward to it every week! The class is a great mix of zen/yoga practices and pilates - you really feel like you get a workout, but leave the class feeling relaxed and refreshed. Highly recommend!!

By spending a little time each day meditating a whole new world opens up to us. Gradually we feel more satisfied – not always looking outward for happiness but discovering happiness within. By starting your day with just 15 minutes of meditation your day will be more peaceful and flow more smoothly.

Like many of us, Charlotte first discovered Shambhala after being handed a Pema Chodron text. She then received her original instruction and classwork at centres in her home state of Wisconsin, where she taught cooking and gardening to kids and worked for better food in schools and hospitals.

She joined the Toronto Shambhala sangha when she moved to Toronto in 2021 to study Naturopathic Medicine.

Breathe’s new Yoga for Active Aging class is thoughtfully tailored for individuals aged 50 and above. With regular practice, you’ll be absolutely amazed at what your body will be able to do.

Prenatal yoga is a form of gentle yoga that is designed to complement the growing needs of a pregnant body during all three trimesters. The focus is on flow and restorative poses that keep you safe while practicing movement, stretching, deep breathing, and mental centering.


Learn the fundamentals of mindfulness meditation through a welcoming and supportive environment, specially designed for beginners and individuals seeking to reinvigorate their practice. Led by the experienced mindfulness teacher Trish Sullivan, this workshop provides an entry point into cultivating inner peace, presence, and self-awareness.

4worldlovers: Located in the beautiful Baby Point and Bloor West Village neighbourhood in Toronto’s West end, Yoga Grove has always offered small, spacious classes in a wide variety of styles, including Ashtanga Yoga, Flow, Vinyasa, Yin, Absolute Beginner Yoga and Restorative Yoga. Our classes are offered in-person, online and recorded to allow for as much accessibility and convenience as possible for our students.

Our in-person classes are purposefully kept small so that everyone can have a richer, more personalized experience of yoga. Many people find themselves lost in a large studio class, unsure if they are doing the right thing as they try to follow the instructor, and unable to ask questions or get clarification throughout the class.

With in-person class sizes limited to 6, students find that yoga is much more accessible, as the instructor is able to personalize the class to the needs, level and interests of the group, as well as to assist and interact with students throughout the classes.

Whether you are a beginner or a seasoned yoga practitioner, our classes will enable you to strengthen your body, release tension and increase flexibility, as well as to relax your mind and come away with a sense of calm and equanimity that carries through to your everyday life.
