This company fitted a new furnace for me earlier in September. I just now noticed a loud clicking noise coming from the furnace room. I thought for sure it was an issue with the furnace and I called tropic air to inform. They assured me that I don’t need to worry, the product is still under warranty and they will fix whatever issue is happening. They sent a technician to my house the same day and It turned out the issue wasn’t with the furnace but with the old humidifier. They provided me with options to repair my older humidifier or to get a new one. Thank you, Tropic Air Heating and Air Conditioning.
