New and returning patients can book an appointment online. After booking, a receptionist will call to confirm. Virtual appointments are arranged depending on patient condition, with in-person appointments available if needed. Walk-ins are also welcome, with a short wait time depending on clinic busyness.
If patients have mild respiratory symptoms like cough, sore throat, or body pain, they should stay home until they get better. If symptoms don't improve or are severe, they should call the clinic to book a phone consultation with a physician.
If patients have a travel history outside Canada or have been in contact with someone who traveled outside Canada within the past 14 days, they should self-isolate for 14 days, whether symptomatic or not.
